WHY TECHBOLT

A practical system for demanding pile-head work.

Every application is reviewed against the pile, reinforcement, carrier and hydraulic inputs before a final configuration is confirmed.

01

Modular configuration

Add or remove links to form the required working ring, subject to final engineering confirmation.

02

Compact architecture

Purpose-designed links concentrate the working system around the pile.

03

Controlled chisel guidance

Multiple support points help maintain alignment through the working stroke.

04

Serviceable cylinder assembly

Internal cylinder components are designed for inspection and maintenance within the module.

05

Local application support

UAE-based customer coordination supports selection, commissioning and after-sales communication.

06

Made for site realities

The system is developed around access, lifting, hydraulic connection, inspection and service requirements.

WORKING SEQUENCE

How TECHBOLT works

Operation requires an approved method, lifting plan, exclusion zone and equipment checks.

01

Configure

Select and connect the approved number of links for the reviewed pile application.

02

Position

Suspend the assembled ring and lower it around the pile to the approved cut-off position.

03

Crunch

Hydraulically driven chisels move radially inward to fracture the concrete in controlled cycles.

04

Release

Retract the chisels, lift the ring and continue the approved pile-head removal sequence.

MODULAR SIZING

One module family. Multiple configurations.

  • Site location, access and programme

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

Start with the application.

What type of pile is TECHBOLT designed for?

Model 313 is presented for round reinforced-concrete foundation piles, subject to an application review.

How is the working diameter changed?

The ring is configured by adding or removing approved links. Final selection depends on actual pile and carrier data.

Can one configuration be approved for every pile?

No. Pile geometry, tolerance, concrete, reinforcement and hydraulic inputs must be reviewed before supply or operation.

How do I request a quotation?

Send the pile, project, carrier and hydraulic information listed in the application-review section.

Is distributorship available outside the UAE?

TECHBOLT is inviting qualified organisations to apply for selected international territories. Appointment is subject to commercial and technical review.

PROJECT APPLICATION

Bring us the pile data. We will review the application.

Share the project location, pile details, quantity, excavator and hydraulic information. The TECHBOLT team will respond with the next technical and commercial steps.
